Rotary Air Lock Valve : We (MPEP) are engaged in Manufacture and supply Rotary Air Lock Valve. Rotary Air Lock valve used on dust collection systems, large and medium size bag filter systems, screw feeder feeding / discharging, mixing, Silo emptying, cyclone  discharging , dosing, batching, pneumatic conveying applications, conveyor feeding / unloading, machinery and equipment feeding / discharging and The main function of a rotary valve is to control flow of bulk solids from silo, mixer, solid gas separation, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum conditions. Airlocks can work on pressure and vacuum applications. The valve is designed with A paddle wheel which is shaft mounted and driven by Motor. The Rotary valve is similar to revolving doors the paddles and blades forms an airtight seal with the housing the Motor slowly move the blades to allow the dust to discharge from the Hopper. I sheet with Coil section is designed for cooling / heating / DX / CHW and direct expansion coil, Entire assembly is mounted on PUF insulated bottom panel or as per customer requirement.
