LL / SISW, LLD / DIDW Blower  :  For many decades, MPEP Industrial Fans & Exhausters have been progressively designed to meet new Air Pollution Control, Humidity, heat.                                                        

 ‘LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW’ Limit Load Blower: Single or double width types available from 1100 to 8,68,000 m3/hr capacity and upto a pressure of 15 cm. S. W. G. Widely used in Air conditioning, Pollution Control and Ventilation fields over decades.                                     

In addition to Single –Width “LL” Fans, MPEP “LLD”/DIDW” Double –Width Fans are of popular use in the industry. Illustration shows Arrangement Three Double –Width “LLD”/DIDW” Fan.

BLOWER CASING : Fan Casings have a very neat appearance, with smooth exterior and interior due to the rolled scroll method of manufacture. This feature equalises the flow of air over the entire outlet area.

ROTORS : Advanced Design “LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW” Rotors are the heart of “LL/SISW” Limit-Load LLD Blowers. These have deep, wide blades, more efficient and very rigid on account of the patent double curved feature. Blades are of construction with wide riveting surface. Small size (lower right) are built without Tie Rods. Large sizes (lower left) have Tie Rods. Very large size have Intermediate Stiffening Rings.

BEARINGS : Sleeve Bearings are specially designed and manufactured to be oil-tight and dust-proof in air travelling at high velocities.                                                                                                                                                           

 Self-Aligning Ball / Roller Bearings can be furnished in place of the regular sleeve bearings. Ball Bearings are optional in a similar bracket construction.

VARIABLE INLET VANES : MPEP Variable Inlet Vanes are designed for the accurate control of air volume combined with the maximum saving in power at the reduced ratings desired. They are used on the “LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW” blowers, single or double width, mounted in a separate ring frame.

OUTLET DAMPERS  : MPEP Louvre Type Outlet Dampers are built in a separate frame attached to the standard fan outlet. Each damper consists of a number of narrow balanced leaves supported on each end by sleeve/ball bearing.
